Advertising Terms

These concise terms apply to proposals submitted through the Brentwood.co.uk Advertising Portal.

Applications and availability

Every application is subject to review, approval and availability. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, a position or a publication date. Brentwood.co.uk may decline advertising considered unsuitable.

Prices and payment

Business Listing and Featured Business prices are displayed with VAT. Homepage Promotion begins from the advertised price and Bespoke Advertising is priced after review. No payment is taken through this portal. Approved applicants receive a private external payment-page link, and nothing is published until payment is confirmed.

Content and permissions

The applicant must be authorised to represent the business, ensure submitted information is accurate, and own or have permission to use all supplied text, logos and images. Advertising must not contain misleading claims.

Editorial adjustments

Brentwood.co.uk may make reasonable editorial, formatting, resizing and image-cropping adjustments before publication. Material changes can be discussed with the applicant.

Position and duration

Premium and exclusive positions are subject to availability. The final position, price and duration for Homepage Promotion or Bespoke Advertising are confirmed after review.

Corrections and removal

Applicants may request a correction or deletion by contacting Brentwood.co.uk and quoting their application reference. Published advertising may be removed where these terms are breached or where continued publication would be inappropriate.
